At our Call Centre Operations located at West Coast Reduction's Vancouver Plant near Powell Street and Commercial Drive, we're searching for our next Customer Service Representative. The role is a key customer service position at the Company, responsible for managing the daily phone calls for service, payments and information requests from our customer base. The Customer Service team is the first point of contact for all inbound customer calls at the Operations Centre and will direct inquiries as needed to various departments. We aim to ensure that the customer’s satisfaction is achieved with first call resolution. This is a full-time, permanent position with a set schedule from Monday to Fridays during office hours - minimal weekends or late evenings expected. Annual base salary range $47,000 - $51,000.
